Dark Harvest
The mythological tale of Odysseus’s enticing journey to what is today considered Georgian territory and his meeting with the goddess inspired our winery to revive the ancient winemaking ritual by Kirke’s way.
The ancient tradition of Kirke harvest is a reason to celebrate for our winery: during fool moon, when grapes reach maturity, women pick them gently by hand. The harvested grapes are delivered to the cellar before sunrise, while they are still cool, preserving their integrity before crushing or pressing.
